This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, choir members, families, contractors, and board members of Bellevue Youth Choirs.

Bellevue Youth Choirs complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- IRS Requirements for Nonprofits: Ensuring proper use of funds, accurate tax reporting, and maintaining 501(c)(3) status.
- Employment and Labor Laws: Adhering to anti-discrimination, wage, and workplace safety regulations.
- Child Protection Laws: Following mandatory reporting requirements and safeguarding policies to ensure the safety of youth participants.
4. Financial Integrity
We are committed to transparent financial practices, including:
- Maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ensuring donations, grants, and program fees are used for their intended purposes.
